«O representante português da empresa espanhola de capital de risco LP-Brothers Venture Capital, Pedro Xavier Pereira, anunciou ao DN, ao início da tarde de ontem, que a Igreja Maná é o seu parceiro-mistério para entrar no grupo Media Capital.
"Estamos com a Igreja Maná na operação, com a ideia de deter uma posição estratégica no grupo Media Capital", disse ao nosso jornal o partner da LP-Brothers.
Horas mais tarde, o responsável e fundador da Igreja Maná, o apóstolo Jorge Tadeu, confirmou à agência Lusa que está, em parceria com a LP-Brothers Venture Capital, a estudar a forma de adquirir uma participação no grupo que detém a TVI.
Para tal, acrescentou o mesmo responsável, "a aquisição pela Igreja da participação na Media Capital será feita através do grupo de media Maná Sat", unidade de media da Igreja (ver caixa ao lado). (...)»

Falso alarme leva ao pânico

«Um cerimónia religiosa xiita em Bagdad resultou ontem numa tragédia - o dia mais sangrento desde a queda de Saddam Hussein em 2003 - quando o medo de um atentado suicida gerou o pânico entre os peregrinos que afuíam a uma mesquita. Old School Rocks!!!

Afinal não desapareci. Lembrei-me há bocado que tinha aí uma máquina em casa. Um belo P II 300Mhz com 64Mb RAM, 2Mb placa gráfica, 1MB de som. Alto PC há sete anos atrás. Em trinta minutos que estou aqui sei que estou farto desta máquina. Música nem pensar nisso, porque se não os MP3 parecem uma daquelas cassetes antigas que se enrolam e ficam mais lentas. Enfim... O meu PC foi para arranjar, tinha o gravador de DVD avariado. Aproveitei e pus mais 512Mb RAM e um disco de 80 Gb que muito jeito vai dar para o Emule. Bem e agora antes que me passe das ideias, vou terminar este post, porque o PC vai rebentar a qualquer minuto.

Ausência

Devido a problemas de hardware, vou-me ausentar durante cinco ou seis dias. Mas voltarei com bom material (espero eu...).
